  3. The HP PicturePlace software allows you to save a picture in a file using the TIFF, PICT, or PICT Compressed format.  The PICT Compressed format significantly reduces the size of the picture file but it also diminishes the quality of the saved picture.

  5. The HP PicturePlace software displays pictures saved in TIFF, MacPaint, PICT, and PICT Compressed formats.
